We, Larixon Classifieds, are looking for an HR business partner for our Unegui brand and branch in Mongolia.About the role:This is the first HR role at Unegui and our management needs a right-hand person to help with and support all HR issues. The main goal is to audit processes «as is» and «to be» and implement all needed and modern HR policies. We are looking not for an associate but for an HR Business partner.According to our matrix structure, you will be part of our distributed HR team (2 HR managers in Cyprus and Tajikistan and HRD). You will report to an HR Director of Larixon’s head office, but you will also work closely with the CEO and COO of the Unegui.mn team.Your future tasks:Assess a current state: audit an existing organisational structure and culture to identify needs related to human resources and talent management.HR strategy implementation: implement an HQ’s strategic HR plan that is aligned with business goals.HR business partnership: close collaboration with Unegui’s managers and employees to help with solving all HR issues.Implement HR processes: establish recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes from scratch.Build policies and procedures: draft and implement HR policies that comply with Mongolian labour law requirements and reflect company values.Document management: create and sign all needed personnel documents due to Mongolian labour law.Training and development: identify employees’ hard and skill gaps and implement training programs to foster their growth and performance.Employee engagement: conduct internal surveys (NPS, 360 and others), analyse its results and implement data-driven activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Performance review: create KPIs to measure employees’ effectiveness, their impact on business performance and the company’s values and culture.Internal communications: establish and maintain regular channels for employee feedback and internal communications.Event management: organize formal and informal activities within the branch.Automation: automate everything related to HR that can be automated 🙂Working in a team with the HR director and other branches’ HR managers on common HR projects.We expect from you:Background as a middle/senior HR manager for 3+ years in tech or digital companies.You have a partner position, not an executive one (you are proactive, and offer ideas and initiatives, backing them up with arguments).Hands-on experience in recruitment (you have skills in active sourcing, copywriting, and assessing candidates' competencies without any recruitment agencies’ assistance).Ability and readiness to hire and develop sales, support and moderation teams.Experience in talent and performance management, and employee development.You are an excellent organizer and communicator. You are empathic and have a high EQ level, but you are business-oriented as well.You have several HR projects implemented from scratch in your portfolio by yourself. Data-driven approach — making conclusions and decisions based on surveys, numbers and facts.An excellent knowledge of Mongolian labour law.
