Position: Admin Receptionist
Location: Baruun 4 zam Bayangol district UB, Mongolia
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in related fields
- High level of spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Recent graduates
Responsibilities:
- Manage resources related to admin, ensure efficiency of office, dormitory and resources, avoid wasted resources due to idle resources;
- Povision of services at all locations, including organization, distribution, and routine decontamination services;
- Manage all admin-related expenses and related payment system items (Triga, eAdmin, eBay).
- Continually support work and repair projects related to the improvement of the office environment;
- Assist in asset management at the representative office in Mongolia.
- Monitor all service quality and continuously provide high-quality service of satisfaction.
- Follow up and control related services
- Make calculations, help with record keeping and archiving
- Help prepare for external meetings, training, and team building
