Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wine and gourmet foods, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Mongolian and English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead daily operations to ensure smooth store functionality and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-oriented team.
- Provide customers with expert product recommendations and insights, especially on wine and food pairings.
- Oversee inventory, merchandising, and shop organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in a retail or hospitality environment, ideally in the food and wine sector.
- Fluency in Mongolian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for wine and gourmet foods, with the ability to share knowledge with customers.
- Ability to provide references supporting previous management experience and expertise.
